We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If you’re not happy, we’re here to help.
1. Return Eligibility
You may return unused, unmodified products within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, subject to the conditions below:

✔️ All accessories & manuals included
✔️ No damage or signs of use

Final sale accessories

2. How to Initiate a Return
To start a return, contact our support team at:

Include your order number and reason for the return.
We will provide a Return Authorization (RA) number and shipping instructions.
3. Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we shipped the wrong product.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service — SurRon Bike USA is not responsible for lost return packages.
4. Inspection & Refunds
Once we receive your return:
We inspect the item
If approved, we issue a refund within 7 business days
Refund method: same as original payment.
You will be notified when your refund is processed.
5. Exchanges
If you need to exchange for a different model or part, contact us for instructions. Exchanges ship once the original item is received.
6. Defective or Damaged Items
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect:
✔️ Contact us within 5 days of delivery
✔️ Provide photos of the item and packaging
We will arrange a replacement or full refund including return shipping.

6 months warranty period (6 months frame warranty, 1 year motor warranty).
